Cook Indian founded in 2005 is a private company based in Bern. It offers cookery classes in home food, home-made spice mixtures and chutneys, authentic Indian gifts, exotic Apéro and exclusive catering services for family and corporate firms, team-building, privat home dinners and questions about spices, recipes and cook books.
Cookindian’s purpose is to share the art of authentic Indian home food. I stress “home”
because people’s concept of Indian food usually comes from varied restaurants and catering units. My recipes are unusual, healthy, nutritious and low in fat. I do not use processed
foods, food colouring or preservatives. I am sensitive also to those who have
food allergies like Celiac (cannot digest wheat), are allergic to dairy products or dislike garlic and coriander.
