Mughlai Garama Masala: Gives an Indian flavour to all vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Made of strong whole spices like cinnamon, clove, cardamom, coriander, cumin, pepper.

Tandoori Spice Rub: To marinate meat, chicken, sea-food, vegetables and paneer (Indian cheese) over a BBQ oven and grill-pan. A spice mix of coriander, cumin, turmeric, chilli, fenugreek used in a marinade with yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic and ginger.

Tangy Chaat Masala: Gives a tangy edge to fruit drinks, salads and vegetables. A tangy blend of amchur, ajwain, pomegranate, asant, ginger, mint.

Gujarati Chai Masala: Each region or family hast its own special mix. These spices help sooth and also heal throat ache and colds. Ingredients are ginger, cardamom, clove, pepper, cinnamon, mint and fennel.
